We want you to be completely satisfied with your h. Organic Hair Oil purchase.

• Damaged/Wrong Product: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we will arrange a replacement or refund
• Return Eligibility: Products can be returned within 7 days if the seal is unbroken and unused.
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Refund Process: Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 working days via bank transfer.

• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer.
